Side Quiver?? Bow Mate Elite

Has anyone tried the Bow Mate Elite Quiver? Any recommendations on it versus the Safari Tuff Arrowmaster?
I had an Arrowmaster and I don't know if I gave it enough of a chance before I sold it and now have a couple of bows that I don't want to use a bow quiver with, so I'm in the market again. I normally have to pack in a treestand with me as I hunt public land a lot, so I need it to work with me and not against me. Thanks for the help.

I've had experience withe safari tuff but not the bow mate. Arrowmaster packs well with a stand.

I bought one last year. I have been happy with it. I only used it a couple of times when I carried a treestand but I didn't have any trouble strapping it to the side of my climber when I walked in. It is very well made and has a cover on the top to keep rain and stuff out. It is also very rigid so that it cannot be crushed so it protects your arrows very well. I do not have any experience with other quivers but my buddy sold his Dawgware sidequiver and bought one.

Thanks guys. Trying to decide between those two and a Dawgware. Don't know if I want to go with the stiffer one or a lighter one.

Got one a few weeks ago. I haven't used it much yet, but it seems to be very well made... Lots of adjustment in the way the strap fits... Nice and compact... If I remember the specs. correctly, it is about a pound heavier than the others.

Does the extra pound seem a little too much? It is heavier and I don't know how that would feel. You don't normally think about a pound being too much, but, when it's around your neck, it could add up.

I don’t have enough experience to make any comparisons, but their website describes the strapping system as “military inspired”. I’d have to say that the quiver as a whole makes me think of “military surplus”. It’s pretty stout. The rigid core seems like it might be 3” thin-wall PVC pipe, or something similar.
I guess weight is relative. You could easily add another pound or more to any quiver of this type, depending on what you did or didn’t carry in the “accessory pocket”.

I have owned all three. The arrowmaster was my least favorite, I didn't like the way it hung nor the relative light amount of pressure it seemed it would take to crush my arrows. As for the dawgware I like it's larger inner diameter versus the bow mate, I also prefer that is has two pouches of different sizes. It also has a tendency to fold in the middle. The bow mate is definetely the sturdies of the three and the strap system works excellent for over the back carry as well as strapping to a stand or pack. I still own a dawgware and bow mate but use the bow mate. I shoot three blade heads and by the time I put 3 bh arrows and 1 blunt its pretty much full, it will hold 1 more of either but then makes it harder to pull out the first arrow quietly. The material on the bowmate is a bit noiser but still acceptable.
