Way cool.  What an adventure!!  Thanks for taking me along!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Glad you all liked my little story. I wanted to do this a while back, but wasn't able to post pics. Thanks to FerretWYO for showing me how.

Yes, it is a once in a lifetime deal for me. I can't apply for bison the rest of my life here in Wyo.

Yes, very good eating, the ribeyes are really tough though! The roasts are really good if you slowcook them for 10 hours.

Shedrock, congrats on the fair chase wild bison!! Awesome.

Marinate those ribeyes in italian dressing and they'll be tender as a baby's patoot.

Try soy sauce, cooking oil, and honey

1 cup, 1 cup,and 1/2 cup- if you don't like salad dressing marinade.

Congratulations on an achievement of a lifetime. Your centering ribs twice only means that the arrow went where you wanted it to go...hitting a rib is simply something that's out of your control. Thanks for taking us along.
