Getting excited for Autumn
« on: June 10, 2007, 12:02:00 AM »
It's been awhile since I was able to shoot without the pain in my side constantly but may have it figured out where it may be resolved very soon. It has put me out of work due the inability of the heavy lifting, unloading and driving all day for long hours on top of managing the terminal. So far every test has been negative but have a few more to do before they pinpoint the problem.
I've since been working on my leather orders and am very greatful for the patience and kindness everyone has showed me.
All of which will be finished up before the end of this month....

I am trying to stay in shooting shape so I can hunt this fall if all goes well and would like to build back up to my 51# longbow, as it's becoming more tolerable.
Took some pics today of some consistent grouping from 15 yds. The 3555 gold tip carbons are perfect for me.

This is very encouraging considering how crummy I've been feeling...I'm really excited about this bow season with the excellent land we have to hunt....best venison I have ever tasted and they are all plump around here

Thanks for letting me share!   :campfire:

Shell, I am very happy to see you posting. Great group BTW and a very nice bow. It is nice to see God is healing you, you are still in my prayers. Keep up the positive attitude.

BTW, Stella's painting will be done this next time I get home and all that is left is letting it dry to spary on the varnish. I will send you some pics.

I love to hear this kind of news! Keep after it, pinpoint the illness and the cure as well as you are pinpointing that target.
