Cascade Brush Hawk I am hooked
« on: February 06, 2011, 07:57:00 PM »
I don't know it is the grip, perfectly tuned or what it is but I have never shot a bow as accurate as this one. I have  heard of bows shooting exactly where you are looking but have never actually run across one until I got this one. If you get the chance, you need to check this bow out. Steve is a sponsor on this site and he is a good guy to deal with. Great price and great bow. Wish I could show some pics but never was able to put them on here the right size. Mine is 49@28 at 56inches and is solid Yew with a beautiful bubinga overlay on the back.

I got this one from Cascade a couple months ago, and am very happy with the bow's looks and performance. Phenolic riser, curly buginga back and yew face make for a very nice short shooter...and Steve is great to deal with too.

That bow is a winner. I can't believe how smooth they are for a short longbow.

There will be 4 brush Hawks at the Waterloo Trad sport show. One will be a 50 # left hand cocobolla with Yew.

Here is Philips bow. This is as big as they get without getting blurry. The last pic is his robin hood he made with his new bow.

Jesse, all the pics did not load (only the last one showed).  I bet you are getting anxious for your new Brush Hawk, huh?

Steve can correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe Marc from Vancouver Island in Canada makes the bow exclusively for Cascade while Steve finishes them.

Guys, it's been a long time since a bow of this quality and fair price has been available.

Cascade Just sent a brush Hawk to Idaho a 70 pound. I would guess that the bowhunter hunts elk big time, maybe even Grizz.

The Phenolic and Yew makes a great looking bow that should be just about bullet proof.
I shot some of the early prototypes and realy like them.
