Do most trad. shooters develop arthritis in their three fingers eventually?  I've been using Aspercreme more these days.  Just wondering.

I actually have problems with my index finger and my 3rd finger on my string hand.  Shooting my bow is like therapy for those fingers, If I don't shoot for a couple of days they get really stiff. I go out and shoot for an hour or so and they work great.

Never a problem with my fingers, get a good shooting glove and it may help. And try taking aleve.
