on the license application it asks (in red) to pic what deer management permits I want to apply for for free, only 2 DMPs can be picked. which ones should I put down if at all?
I'm getting the super sportsman license it seems to be the best deal.
and this application has to be mailed to Verizon in Phoenix, Az with credit card only?

woodchucker, I was just up where you are a few weeks ago, in north jersey\\new york border, my friend has a mountain behind his house, one morning I got up early and went on a walk in the woods behind his house at around first light, I saw two ground hogs, three rabbits, and two deer, all within bow range!

NY bear called in with a fawn in distress call Oct. 2005
Good luck guys. Talk to Ed, I taught him almost everything I know about calling them.

I like the Primo's cyote and bear buster call the best but have been playing with a few others.
I called in a couple out here in California last year but everything didn't work out just right.

Ted,
The WMU we will be hunting in is 5J and there are no Deer Managment Permits issued for that area,so I would not worry about it.
The tags you will get with your Super Sportsman license are good state-wide. So if you get a chance to come back and hunt again,it won't matter what area you are hunting, your tags will be valid.

Ted,
where we hunt the dividing line between North and South zone is state Route 29 which happens to run exactly by where we are which means one side of the road is north ( 5J wmu ) and one side is South ( 6r wmu ), you can auctually throw a rock from north to south! put in 6R for you doe application and i can hook you up with a great public southern area. also if you wanted to you could just buy a license over the counter friday night when you get here at Wallmart. send me a pm with your phone # and i'll give you a call. i look foward to hunting with you.

Can't seem to find Blackberries at any grocery stores or in the woods. I'm scouting for them.

Where's that Adirondack bear that's been eating all those logs. I'm getting ready for him :-). Counting on him to deliver those backstraps to go with the Blackberry Cordial!
