Returning to "life" (aka the light in the tunnel is relit)
« on: February 13, 2011, 11:29:00 AM »
Been gone.

Without income dang near two years, but working again, good job but wondering if Im not too old for this crap LOL.

Exwife (still best friends) combating cancer all of 2010, and sigh......restarted again last week.

One boy without a job, got him one. One boy losing his, plant closing.....arghhh.

Things been a bit tough? uh...that's an affirmative but the light in said tunnel is relit, flickering......but relit.

So back I come to TG.....only to find Gil has been selling off his super Bear bows and Ive missed em? Dang........guys, Im just SICK.   :(

Lord, or Lord......how have I forsaken thee?  My heavens.

Both my Super Ks .....gone. Ah well. More bows always seem to pop up and always short of enough cash but danged if it AINT GOOD TO BE BACK LOOKING.

The TG has been missed.

  :campfire:

Depression is a TERRIBLE thing and prayers that all of you do not, have not and will not face the same.

But.......just saying HELLOOOOOOOOOOOO TG! And God Bless You All!

Welcome back.  Keep your eyes forward.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Kermet the frog once said, It ain't easy being Green!

Heck It ain't easy being out of a job.

It ain't easy going through DIVORCE.

It ain't easy when your kids lose there job.

And sometimes the light at the end of the tunnel is a dam train, but some how just some how you make it through.

And when you can look back and see what you over came and how stronger you are for it, life is even more appreciated!

Welcome back!
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. TGMM ♥

Steve it's good to have you back.

I'm sorry for all the troubles that you've had to endure.

I know for me it's real tough to understand but I am told to be grateful when hardships come my way.

I trust the source that tells me that but it's still not easy to go through.

I keep reminding myself that there are no mountains without valleys, no rain without clouds.

I am glad to know that things are looking up for you.

God bless,Mudd

Welcome back!

It might sound cheesy, but just waking up on some days is something to be thankful for.

Hang in there man.

When this happened I had just built a new spec home and put all my money into it. I lost it all. My money , my home, My apartments, basically everything I had worked for for over 40 years. I still had Jesus and my wife though.
One day I pulled up in front of the custom 5ooo sq foot home I had built and sat there and thought about all the work I had done and how hard it was and what we had gone through and I caught myself actually crying tears. Then Jesus spoke to me. He said Steve. I said what Lord. He said this is the world. this happens to the just and the unjust and this is how the world rewards them. I said Lord I was serving you when I built this. He said You put your life force into it. Serve me first. Not second or third. Then, See how I reward you. Suddenly the light came on. I realized how caught up we get in life instead of making God first and letting him bless. My life immediately changed.
I started from that point to make it my goal to make God first. He blessed me up one side and down the other and now I have more than I ever had and God just laid it on me. I was not killing myself anymore to get . I was just being blessed with everything. Jesus is my all in all and my life force. His precepts and principles are applied by me to my life and my relationships with others and his blessings flow in my life. I still have this committment though. God if I end up under a tree I am going to bless you for the tree.

People , Serve God first and see what happens. God bless you all and Jesus loves you. Steve
