Hi Guys,

Once we (my wife and I) finally tracked down his address, a letter was sent. He then called and spoke to my wife. He stated that he was at the Whittingham shoot, he was packing up his truck to go home. Once he got home he realized it wasn't there. He was under the assumption that someone had taken it while he was packing up his truck. But he told her, "I kept saying to myself that I couldn't believe anyone would do that." Once he received the letter, he realized that he obviously left the bow on the roof of his truck and drove off. He drove about 45 minutes with it on the roof of his truck before it fell off on Route 80. He identified the bow with all the custom info. My wife then gave him the number to my friend who actually had the bow. He picked it up the same day.
Sorry it wasn't a better story, like he shot so bad he threw it there on purpose or something like that, just something simple.

It couldn't have been a better story.
You found a bow, found the owner and returned it.
I'd say it's a Great Story.

There are two men involved with this story who have great integrity.  Hat off to you WoodsmanPA, but your friend is a part of this story, too.  Please pass kudos on to him as well.  The two of you have shown us all here on TG that integrity does still exist, it does matter and it blesses all who have been touched by the story.

Now for a question, are you interested in running for President?  We need some integrity in Washington.  There is very little of it there nowadays and it really doesn't matter which party you are talking about!

Bill

PS Pardon me for getting a bit off topic, but I'm fed up with our politicians!

Very cool!
