Don,I have used some limbskins me too on my St.Charles signed glossy Bear TD and it was not only dull and protected but I think it was quiter too!

My Pronghorn, "Silent but Deadly". Eagerly awaiting a Big Jim Thunderchild to be my new 'go to' bow, but the Pronghorn has been a faithful companion.
