New Cat in the House, Lynx
« on: February 25, 2011, 08:49:00 AM »
Received my new Toelke Lynx from Montana Bows the other Day. Dan builds a great Bow and I really like this one. She specs out at 62" 56# @ 28", riser is Myc/Bocote and the limbs are Bamboo with Marblewood veneers. She is very comfortable in the hand ( medium grip with thumb rest ). Smooth draw and really launches an arrow with some authority. She is my first 3 pc Take Down. I have 2 other Bows of Dan's, both are Whips, a 1 pc 64" 51# @ 28" and a 2 pc Tade Down 60' 60# @ 28".  Great Bows. Pics coming.

Mac user here, if you need ideas.

I use a MAC also. Just figured out how to load them last week.
Now I wonder how I could have been so technically illiterate.
Once you figure it out, I'm sure you'll think "Wow, that wasn't so bad."
Good luck.
Those Lynx are sure nice looking bows.

Mr Toelke's bows are functional art.

She is indeed a beauty, Dan's eye for beautiful woods and his attention to detail is unmatched in my opinion. That and even more importantly the way all of his bows shoot is why I own them.
