Looking for a desent pair of binos for around
350.00.Something compact for ground hunting and stalking.Any ideas????
HH Cheetah 66in. 48lb at 25in.
HH HalfBreed 66in. 57lb. at 27in.
HH Wesley Special  56lb. at 26in..
HH Big 5          64lb. at 28in.
HH Wesley Special 55lb. at 28in.

Look at vortex and their new line of optics for 2011, hard to beat their service and vip warranty.

Nikon makes a good quality 8x32 compact in their Monarch series. Give it a check. They now have their:  "Forever Warranty" Good Luck

I have a pair of Burris signatures that i got a few years ago.They are 8x42. i really like them and they seem to last well.

8x30 swarovski's are hard to beat. they will give a lifetime of service.

Leupold Yosemite 6X30 or 8X30 are very clear, with great depth of field (deer POP out at you), field of view(wide-angle) and affordable. I recommend the 6X.  If these were made when I bought my Docter Optic 8x32 BGAs I'd have saved a bunch.

I have used Wind River compacts which are imported by Leupold.Do not know who makes them buy have been happy with mine for 15 years plus
