Has anyone bought one of these bows recently ? I bought one several years ago and really liked it . I know they used to make the HH bows . Heard some bad things about them recently . Would appreciate alternatives . Thanks

I owned an all Osage once that was pretty nice although a bit shocky. Haven't heard of them making any bows lately, but I dare say you would be even more pleased with a HH Archery, Northern Mist, or Pacific Yew takedown longbow...they all shoot better IMHO especially the string follows!

I just bought my son one.  70" 94# @ 27" and it not only looks good but shoots great.
