I use fletch tape with my wraps.

I've always used Goat Tuff, but it adheres just a bit too well. It's a pain to remove when you need to refletch, so I'm experimenting with fletch tape now. My hope is to be able to refletch without tearing up my wraps....or my shafts!

Don't use Duco!  It does not always bond well to wraps.  Fletchtite Platinum.

I also use fletch tape, when i want to refletch I use a hairdryer to heat it up and it peels right off, I can do one feather or all three if I need to. works well and the tape lasts for years.

I usually use tape but I have found with feathers that have thin quills the tape allows the feather to tilt. So I tried the Fletchtite Platinum and in general it was OK but I had feathers pop off. I have no idea why. The next time I buy glue I am going to try something else. I have used Fletchtite for years and never had an issue but the brand wraps I recently bought seem more glossy so it could just be that product combination. I know when the feather comes off I have no glue on the wrap and all on the feather....

I use the fletch tape (Bohning) too. Put a dot of super glue at each end of the fletch after it is in place. Stays on well, even when I shoot all the way through a worn out Black Hole target.

bsv, to use, I put the fletch into the bitz clamp, then stick to one end and unroll the tape onto the quill, and clip it off at the other end of the fletch with scissors. Press it onto the quill well. Next is getting the pink backing off to expose the adhesive that goes against the wrap; I use a sharp scalpel blade to start the edge at one end and split it away. After that just slip the clamp onto the jig and rock it into full contact, and on to the next fletch.
I put the CA glue dots on the ends of the fletches last, stand the arrow up in a bucket to dry, and go to the next arrow. Very quick.

I use Pine Ridge Instant arrow glue (super glue) type glue.  Your feathers WILL NEVER come off. When I refletch I use a hairdryer to heat up wrap and remove wrap and feathers. A quick wipe down with acetone and your ready for another wrap.  Buy your wraps from onestringer, the more you buy the cheaper they are, best quality too.  Wraps don't cost enough for me to try and re-use them.

Bohning fletch tape and a drop of goat tuff glue on the front n back of feather I found is very easy and durable for me.

Fletch Tite Platinum, but dont leave the clamp too long or overglue otherwise it will stick to the wrap and trying to take it out it brake the wrap.

I use the Fletchtite Platinum as well and have never had a problem with feathers comming unglued.  Just make sure to use it in a well ventalated area as it can smell a bit when fresh out of the tube.  I've never noticed an oder after it dries, just when fresh out of the tube.

Cacciatore, line your clamps with painters tape and the glue will not stick to them.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Used to use Fastset Gel from Arizona Archery Products, went to Goat Tuff for awhile, and am now back using Fastset Gel again.  Never had a feather come off.
