Dale Dye Riser Limb Attach ?
« on: February 28, 2011, 04:21:00 PM »
I didn't want to hijack the other post. All of the takedowns I seen have the bezel/allen bolt for limb attachment. Does he offer the bolts in the riser. Where you would use the nob like a Silvertip.
Thanks
Mike

Never seen one that way Mark, but I don't think it is difficult to have them made so.When Dave was going to finish my 2 risers I asked for the Allen bolts, that I prefere, but he had already prepared the riser with the bedded bolts, when I asked him if it were possible to change it he asnswered that it was not a problem,so I immagine everybody can do that.

It would be a small thing to just screw in a headless allthread. You could superglue it if you wanted it to be permanent. Or JB weld it.
