??? about Razorcap Broadheads
«

Are the Razorcaps sharp enough to hunt with out of the package? In my compound days I shot spitfire broadheads which are made by the same company as the Razorcaps. And I was impresed how sharp these were out of the package.Just wondering how sharp the Razorcaps are out of package.
Thanks for the help,
David

David I replied to your PM and need to answer 2 more of your questions. With both broadheads I talked about I start with a flat file then move to a Medium stone and finish with 2000 grit wet/dry sand paper using water with it and yes they fly true.

They are pretty sharp out of the package but I would have to agree and say not "hunting" sharp. They need touched up before hunting.

Of all the ones I've bought, the grind appears to differ. Some were a lot sharper than others. Sharpen 'em all and no worries.
