All my bows have been 58-65 for past 15 years but recently been getting them in 52, 54# at draw length. When I shot a lot the 60# is fine but otherwise the 52-54 is more comfortable and accurate to shoot....

In my prime 65 - 68 #s @ 27" . After injuries to both shoulders (not archery related) I am pulling 38#s @ 25"s . I'm r/h & my left shoulder begins to wobble after a few shots if I go heavier . Anyway , I agree with Larry - some of you guys are animals . I'm keeping my BroadHeads sharp and letting them do the work .

Just for fun I'll post this video. This is my 120# at 28" English War Bow.
I draw 27 1/2". Probably only 27" with this thing.

I shot a 63# @ my 29" draw for 14 yrs. I decided to drop a few lbs of draw weight last year. I'm shooting a 57 # recurve as my main bow. I also have a 60# long bow, and 48 lb '66 Kodiak.

I've been shooting light poundage recurve bows for the last 47 years. I couldn't vote in this poll because one of my bows, the poundage isn't listed.
Without a doubt, my favorite bow is my 37# recurve.
