Arrow questiion

I have been shooting GT 5575 arrows out of my trad gear. I have a bunch of 400 spine arrows from my compound days. Are they compatible? I would like to have a rough idea before I rip the plastic fletch off. If they're not I may just sell them to compound shooter friends. Length is fine on them just wondering about spine.

Depends on the draw weight and the draw length of the bow you are shooting.

IIRC 400's are the equivalent of 2117's.
