Just wondering if anyone has tried those 450 piledrivers from carbon express. I'm guessing at 13.6 gr.s per inch your not going to need weight tubes to get a stomper of an arrow!!

I got 6 to try out of my longbow. They are alright. Been shooting full metal jacket dangerous game arrows. Think I will stick with them.

Dont know much about the 450's but I am playing around with the 340's and I need about 250g on the front end to get them to fly really ,really nice and that finished arrow ends up at 722g.Dont really notice it much till after 20yds though. Hope this helps John

I have some of the piledrivers but prefer the FMJ as well. I'm not shooting the dangerous game, just the 340s but with 300+ grn up front they're still plenty heavy.
