time for a new 3D deer

I was hoping to get some of your oppinions on the glendel bucks. They are doing a $20.00 rebate on the full rut. I was wondering how these compare to other targets you have shot. My last purchase was one of the cheaper delta bucks and it only lasted me probably a good month and a half before falling apart (i shoot almost everyday of the week) I would love to here some of your oppinions or maybe a better deal on a great 3d target you have purchased before i go throw down that much cash on them. thanks!

They hold up to fieldpoints real well, but I shot one out real fast with broadheads. The vitals replacement center holds up better than the plain center.

If you want the best... get a Rinehart!  NOTHING will hold up to broadheads.

I didn't care much for the Full Rut. I shoot only field tips into it and the area around the layers(kill zone) hasn't held up well, especially the pivoting back area. I know... your not suppose to shoot em there, but it happens, especially when shooting from above. I prefer a deer that is more realistic, not a big square of layers in the shoulder area. You can almost buy two of the Mckenzie or Delta for the same money.  Jr.

I have one, I only got it because I got a really good price on it. It works ok with my longbow (45#), but my compound will pound them out the back, even at 30 to 40 yds. I also don't like that if you want to shoot elevated, it tears up the layers, even with field tips. I guess I'm saying that I won't buy another.

Dont have one but my wheelie friends do and dislike them.Said they shoot out to quick!! I first bought a mckenzie and had a hard time pulling arrows from my 52# widow shooting carbons.Sold that and bought a rinehart and couldnt be happier.You pay quite a bit more but will last more than twice the life of any and the arrows pull so easy!!

Yea that would be me...go with the rinehart they are much better quality.  You will shoot that insert out in no time if you shoot that much...lut the quality od the overall animal is poor.  I'm not pleased at all with mine.

I have one that my wife bought for me. I hated the way the big block looked in the chest but kept it anyway. I have really been impressed with the way it has held up. I usually ruin the deltas with the little replacement in a few years and the macenzies get a big hole fast if you shoot from different angles plus they are expensive to replace. . My glendale has held up real well for me. Well into its second year and I haven't even replaced the layers yet. I don't shoot broadheads at it much or from elevated positions and I can see where that would tear the layers up real fast. Overall I have been every bit as happy with it as the others for a backyard shooter. Someday I'll own a rinehart because they ARE the best, but until then, I like this one.

I've been shooting my glendel for 2 seasons now and it is finally needing replacement layers. Great target IMO and probably half the cost of rinehart, but my rinehart 18-in-1 is probably the best target I've owned as far as longivity goes
