Hey Gang, last year we ran a special for Tradgang members on Talons and would like to do the same this year. Buy a pack of Talons and we'll throw another in for free. Just throw in your Tradgang number in the comment section upon checkout. We'll run the special through the end of April.

Up for a great stumping head as well as an awesome small game head. If you haven't tried these, you need to. Plus Stan is as good as they get!

Stan, are you going to make the Talon in a 175gr screw in by any chance?

Thanks, Ryan!
Hey TW,
We couldn't afford to run a number of different weights so we had the 150's with a little room up front to add weight as necessary to get what ever screw in weight you need. I believe JC was able to get up to 300 grains in his screw-ins. Other than that we probably won't be doing a 175 grain until I can get the two-blade to market. Sorry about that.

Stan,
Really like the videos on sharpening. I use the chainsaw file now for a bunch of other tasks and I built your jig!
I am a bit confused by your website though, on which broad head is which? Maybe I am missing something but your photos are not labeled and I am not sure which is the Talon and which is the Phoenix and the differences between them.
Thanks
Dave

Hey Dave, glad the chainsaw file trick worked for you.
Sorry about the confusion on the heads. The Talon is the small game head and the Phoenix is the broadhead. You found my Achilles heel in the building of the website. The good news is I've got a professional working on it and hopefully it is totally different and way more user friendly in the future.

Stan all is good and I understand. The 125gr will work as I've got some other shafts that will utilize it. Will be ordering up some soon.
