New Howard Hill Tembo with "pictures"
« on: March 19, 2011, 12:37:00 PM »
I wanted to share a few picture's of my new Tembo that came earlier this week.

Specs are 70", string follow, carmelized bamboo, black glass back, clear glass belly. Custom grip.

I wanted it to look "old school". I think Craig did a very nice job. Thanks for looking enjoy the slide show!

Glen,
I really like the "old school" look - the caramelized bamboo color fits that look very nicely.

beautiful bow...looks a lot like my Half Breed but that riser is too cool!  Craig did himself proud!

Very nice. What is the riser wood? And how do you mean custom grip? Sized to your hand?
Thanks

The riser is Texas ebony. I asked Criag to make the grip the exact same size as his small take down sleeve. I had a t/d that I really like the grip on so he copied one for me.

Great looking bow!  I just ordered a cheetah with a 5.5" handle circumference.  Is this much different than his stock traditional handle circumference?

The circumference of this handle is 5.25". Although I wear a large size glove, I prefer a smaller grip on my bows.

Looks good. The only thing that I don’t care for is that Craig cut the arrow shelf on the wrong side.  :bigsmyl: ......stabow
