Tru-oil on arrows

Will duco cement or tape work on arrows sealed with Tru-oil

Just be sure to let the arrows dry for at least a day, maybe two before applying the fletching.  A tru oil surface can become tack free in less than a hour, but that doesn't mean the whole thickness is fully try.  If you use thin coats, waiting a day should work.  Thicker takes longer.
