Guys,
I need some ideas from the gurus on this sight. I am shooting a Bear takedown, A-mag riser with Rose Oak limbs. 59# at 31" and I draw 31". Shafts are Traditional only 300s, cut to 32" with aluminum inserts and 175 grain points. They bareshaft nock left. I have tried 200 gr. and 125 gr. and all show nock left. I have tried 50 gr. brass inserts, still nock left. Could these shafts be too weak and if so what shaft would be stiffer than 300's? I keep thinking maybe they are stiff and slapping the shelf, but with 250 gr. up from Stu's calculator show weak.
I don't really think this bow and set-up is that unusual so I need some advice. Thanks in advance!
