I'm in BigJim's next batch!
« on: March 31, 2011, 06:27:00 PM »
It's official I heard it today from the Gentle Giant himself:

My bow is in the next batch to be built!!!     :bigsmyl:

I can't believe how happy I am to have exactly the same bow built than I have, except in 2 pieces!

May be because it will have this kind of finish?

Or I saw how the riser is made?

Anyway I'm a happy camper!

Manny, I think I have about 7 months left on my 2 pc thunder child. I think we should swap, seeing that you have a buffalo bow and really don't need another bow right now. But I really need a new thunderchild NOW. Please, Please. Don

Manny, when did you order yours? I ordered mine in mid Oct. and still no word. My wife has plans for this money if something doesn't happen soon.

It sounds like it should be a mid-May delivery, at best.  :)

I shot BJ's personal Thunder child once (read one arrow)   :scared:  and was amazed how stable it was for a short bow, and how naturally it was pointing...mmmmmmmm....a TC.....    :biglaugh:

Sweet looking wood.  Waiting for a bow is worst than waiting for Christmas when I was a kid.  I'll have to just stay with the one I have coming now.  I can't take the pressure like when I was younger.   I'm not addicted I can quit any time I want.  I only shoot to be sociable.  How long you say you been waiting?
