Where can someone buy the THICK stick-on rug rest material? The rug rest material from 3 Rivers is not very thick.

I use the thick felt pads used to put on bottom of furniture,peel off trim to fit,best I've found yet.Lowes or Home Depot.If you cant find it,pm me your address,and i will send you a couple of pieces.

Wal-Mart, industrial velcro. I have had the same rest on my bow for 5 years and thousands upon thousands of shots! Shawn

Wool from buffing pads....mount with 3M double stick tape.....trim to thickness needed with scissors....makes a very tough, quiet, durable, rest. I personally hate the velcro rests......

The industrial velcro also come in grey which is nice for guys who have bows that are camo dipped as well. I agree with Jeremy and the other posts as well, but unless you want to actually build up the rest they are too thick for me, except for the real bear hair, never tried that. Shawn

The gray velcro seems to hold up better for some reason....but I have used the felt stick on pads all so. The nice thing about the velcro is you can cut a few out and put them in a zip lock bag throw it in your pack and have a new rest in 2 minutes. At 10 thousand feet on an elk or sheep hunt that is priceless!!
