Well, haven't really been shooting too long (maybe 4-5 months now) but learning a lot here in that time. Anyway, missed going to the range last weekend 'cause of some family obligations so took junior into the back yard to shoot our little black hole target.

Any way lemme get back to the backyard story. Got a real good group with my wood arrows at about 10 yards.
So I decided to move the target a little more diagonal to get some more length, about 15 yards at this angle. Also I switched to some carbon arrows I have (shooting and testing different spines with a new to me longbow I got from hootie c, who by the way is a helluva guy) and here's what happened on the first group I shot!
Sure I'm out a few arrows but I am richer for the memories for sure
