HEAVY POINTS

Adding wt. to the front end,like points,If I added 50 grains to my carbon what will it do with spine of arrow?I've read that 1" more will reduce spine be 5#?
Does your train of thought Have a caboose?

In bows that I shoot,50-55 lbs,18-25 grs seems to equal about 5 lbs.You could also play around with Stu's Calculator and get an idea with your setup.

adding point weight will make the arrow spine less.

Makes the spine weaker. I would use Stu's calculator.
