I had one that was marked 45#@28" but was actually 48# on my scale. Smooth shooter and tough as nails. I chrony'd some ICS Bowhunter 500s out of that bow averaging 190 fps. I would still have that bow if I was shooting anything but Hill style bows.

Martin/Howatt bows stand tall with all,and have preformance wise in my humble opinion for a long time.I think they are hard to beat, and are tough too.

Great shooting bow,I had one years back and wish I didn't trade it.But I still have a few Martin Howatt bows and they are all shooters in my opinion.

I had a 55#'er, great bow, whisper silent. If it had been lighter I still would have it!

I almost bought one at one time. It shot real well. I just had a lot of bows already and didn't really need it. Gary

I'd say it is worth somewhere between the price Chuck is asking for his and what you paid for yours! Give or take a little, but I couldn't find Chuck's.  :dunno:

Those are nice shooting bows. Another one of those bows that I moved along, and wish I had back. They're tough, solid shooters.
