new bow soon
« on: April 18, 2011, 01:23:00 PM »
soon ill be the proud new owner of a northwind's  gem longbow
60in. 52# @28 woo hoo i can not wait   :bigsmyl:
the guy told me GT 35/55's shot good
i have GT XP hunters @32.5 55/75's hope they work.
  shoot good out of my bearcat @55#
by the looks of this bow i should pull it around 28 3/4 to 29 since the riser is not as long as my bearcat's. it's about 2 7/8 long. i think the gem should be at least a inch+ shorter being a long bow so the poundage should be about the same as the bearcat's 48# pulling @30.5. does this sound right?.
