Never used a mask that didn't interfere with my vision, have a stray thread that annoyed the hell outta me, or didn't freeze my breath from my nose or mouth.  Tried them all from Spandoflage, Rhyno Skin, half, full, etc...

I use a camo face mask. It's the kind that fits tightly like a stocking. Works very well for me.

I have used camo makeup and bandana (pirate style on top and bandito style over my face). I have never even drawn my bow with makeup on. And I'm pretty regularly deadly in my dew rag. (Those last two sentences felt kind of funny typing...) So being the supersticious sort. I have the same two bandanas in LL Bean Predator camo that are almost more hole than bandana at this point.

I am a painter. Kind of a pain going out to grab a bite to eat after a hunt and may look kind of weird when you get pulled over for speeding (don't ask how I know that). But at the moment of truth masks make it harder for me to feel my anchor point and can slip around messing with my vision. No time to be worried about that.

I hate both of 'em.

You could always quit shaving around July and have a nice bushy beard by bow season.

Facemasks and balaclavas here. They help to keep to keep your face and head warm in a treestand and there is no mess and clean up.Gonna give the Spando-flage a try this season.

I also prefer to use the spandex camo face cover and cut a small slit for the eyes.  I can stretch the material enough to fit around my glasses.  Works great for me and no cleanup.

3Rivers carries Carbomask. I'm going to try it this season.

I never liked using either one but I think your face, especially eyes open, is a dead giveaway. I've become accustomed to using a face mask now. I use the one from Hunters Specialties that is tight around your eyes and across the nose but loose over the rest of your face.

Funny story but I messed up on a big buck one time using the spandoflage. I left a strip between the eyes. When I turned my head to draw all of a sudden that little section of cloth blocked my dominant right eye. Yep, the arrow went left. I was pis#$@ at the time but it's kinda funny now.
