I have a 58" Super Shrew, 54# @ 28." Of seven bows, it is my best shooter, except for my BW recurve.  Light, handy, built like a tank and probably my most forgiving bow.  Sorry, I'll never part with it even though I am looking for a 60" takedown version. Good luck with your search. - John

Don,

They all shoot really well -- Super Shrew, Classic Hunter, Scout, Lil' Favorite, Shrew Lite. I want to try a Model-T too, but I am not in the market for the longer length when the shorter bows shoot so darn well!

The best bow quiver for a Shrew is an EFA with the Totem! Maybe you can find one of those too.    :D

Don't get me wrong, I really do like Don. Just not that much. I'll have her with me again tonight at the Tuesday night shoot.

Randy must be a cruel man. Instead of going out to the shop to shoot tonight, I might just stay in my room. Lol.

Had to carry Randy part of the night. Then, at the tie breaker he finally came alive and pin wheeled the little 1" bullseye.

Ron, I'd never want to cut in line ahead of someone. Thought that if I made a little noise then either one of the guys who own two or three of them might make me an offer I couldn't refuse, or Randy would eventually feel guilty and give me his. It does seem like Shrew owners are a little possessive and defensive about keeping their bows. Lol.

Don, maybe Allan DeVore (amar911) will read this and take pity on you.   :(   I use to call Allan "Shrew Pig" because he had so many Shrews. Now because he has so many different models and has tested and compared them, he is more knowable than anyone about Shrew bows...so now he has been officially promoted to the status of "Shrew Consultant".....   :readit: ....

Only wanted the first part of the above quote. Don was looking a bit tired in his chair and I finished up the match so he wouldn't have to get up

Well, I have had a couple of good offers, but the poundage wasn't right. Sure would like to find a good Shrew at 45-50# @ 28"...,preferably a SuperShrew in good, but used condition. Until then I guess that I can just keep on shooting Randy's bow.     :archer2:

I have two Super Shrews that are 56" and 43lb@25".  These have been my favorites for the last several years.  I still can't figure out how such a light, short, handy bow shoots in such a forgiving manner.
