The stuff you need.... 1 sheet plywood, 3/4 inch. 2 1.5"'48"x .25" strips of aluminum, cork to cover the form and the aluminum. 10-15 "C" clamps. Take your time on the form, make it right and smooth. I can send you a copy of mine if you want (58-62" r/d longbow). glue, lams pieces, riser block and 'glass usually run me about $150-$180, depending on the wood. Could go cheaper than that. All said and done, I'd say $300 or less... then all I use to form my bow is a bandsaw (count on buying a new blade afterward) and a belt sander. Try looking at
