New to me Roy Hall(pics)
« on: June 22, 2007, 10:22:00 AM »
Heres a few pics of the Roy Hall Cherokee I just traded for, 62 in. 52@28 Chechen/Cocobola riser and Canary wood limb veneers.. Believe the dark riser wood is coco, e-mailed Roy and he told me the woods but forgot to say what the dark wood is. This bow is just plain sweet to shoot.. If it shoots half as good as it looks, it would be a sweet shooter!!!!!!!!  Very nice!!!

All of Roy's bow are easy to shoot and easy on the eyes. Outstanding bowyer and a equally outstanding person. Congrats on your purchase.

Nice Bow! All the Best with it!
Someday you and I will take the Great Hart by our own skill alone, and with an arrow. And then the Little Gods of the Woods will chuckle and rub their hands and say, "Look, Brothers. An Archer! The Old Times are not altogether gone!"

Very nice looking bow.Roy is a great bowyer, a true craftsman. I had the opportunity to shoot two of his Caddo's. I was very impressed.Smooth, quiet, hit where I was looking.Congrats and good luck with your bow.

Yup, I owned a Cherokee for a while and kick myself for getting rid of it. It was absolutely the quietest bow I ever shot. If ya decide to part with it let me know! Shawn
