If I was you, I'd put on a new rest, grab a couple each of the carbon and aluminum arrows, and start shooting. I don't think any of them are too weak to be dangerous, or too light for the bow. Start off pretty close, 10 yards or less. You'll know pretty quick which ones are close. Then play with point weight and start dialing her in.
Do you know if she's built for Fast Flight strings? If so, I'd plan on getting one eventually and comparing preformance. I like FF on all my bows that can use them. I like the crisper feel at the shot.
