whats the best way to quiet down the tubes in a carbon shaft? I tried putting a pinch in them, didnt work. I even wrapped them in a couple of spots with scotch tape. they still rattle on impact. They fly great but to noisy to hunt with.

I'm surprised. I pinched mine with needlenose pliers and they make no noise whatsoever. (3 rivers arrow tubes, 3gpi & 8gpi, with carbon Xpress heritage 350s)

Mine were quiet as well. I haven't used them in years but I never had a problem with noise.

How many time do you pinch them. I pinch mine about every 3 or 4".
