For those of you not used to looking at bears.... see the crease on the head of that bear? Well, that is the sign of a mature bruin! I am no expert but that is the sign of a real bear.
Bear meat is my favorite wild game! Cooked up some steaks & burger last night for my work week. When butchered correctly it reminds me of the best sweetest beef you can have.
