nock end weight

I have some alum. nock adaptors will that stiffen or weaken my arrows? Or is it so little it won"t matter? Thanks Burt

theoretically it should stiffen them because of the added weigth. Practically, a friend of mine uses them and it weakened the spine , supposedly becuase of the added length, but so little it didnt matter.
And sometimes our dreams they float like anchors in hopeless waters oh way down here
