Istarted on the sporting goods store tripod... moved to the torges seat for early season Bowhunting (deer usually don't move till the last 40 min of light) and then onto millenium tree seat...
On the ground, I use a ghillie (usually)... There is an inverse relationship between comfort of your seat and the amount of deer activity... Movement of the hunter and location is key... The more comfy the seat, the less you fidget... and the more deer you see... the lil stools allow the most shooting opportunity in more directions, but the others allow you to see more deer more closely...
You decide on how still you can sit, or how comfortably or uncomfortably based on how much chance at tagging a deer on the ground you want,,,
