Not much is written about blacktail hunting. Does anyone know of some good resources for the beginner?

Has anyone read this book?

Blacktail info

Here's an old thread with some info that might help.  Good luck to you!

I also like this collection of tips I found;

It would be cool to create a blacktail specific thread that compiles all of the known resources.

Hunting Trophy Blacktail by Cameron Hanes is pretty good.

In my experience: I hunt high mountain Blacktail like Muledeer and lowland Blacktail like Whitetail. Good luck to you, you are in a great area for big Blacktails.
