I agree. When I had a savannah, I could not get anything but carbon to work. Now I shoot Martin hunter that just loves woodies. Personally, I prefer wood. That said my experience with wood is that it's really fragile and kinda temperamental but man when it flies well, it's like magic in the air!

I've shot all of them. Prefer wood but shoot a lot of carbon. Hate breaking a good wood arrow that's been all painted up.
