Last summer I was looking to get a new pack for back country elk hunting. Joe said I can hook you up with that. So I got the pack just in time for season. Loved it but had one part that broke. I talked with the company and Joe. Joe was not happy with how the company treated me and he took the lead on getting things right. Nine months later with Joe contacting them every few weeks and him keeping me in the loop. The parts arrived. Not many people would that time in to help someone out.  Thanks again Joe. If you all need a pack get ahold of him.

I too got a pack from Joe...very smooth deal, and a quick friendly response.

Good products are great, but awesome customer service is the key. Joe sounds like a real winner. He's on my good guy list.

To the tip top for my bud Whip ! As fine a gent as there is in my book. Met him at Compton last year and could not help but like the guy. Hope to share many more camp fires with him in the future. Good influence on my son Mason too. Not surprising at all how Whip handled the pack part situation, it is who he is. We should all strive to live and deal with our fellow man as the example Whip has laid out before us. JMHO

Geez! Thanks for the kind words everyone.  I guess if something good can come out of a bad situation this is it.  I sure hated that it took so long to make it right.  But glad we finally got it taken care of.
That pack needs to be in top shape the way Randy haul meat!
