A lot of good advice here. I did it in 1999 and can not straighten my right arm completely. Although I can only draw a tad over 26, I can shoot very heavy bows. Listen to the physical therapist, do the exercises and take it slow.

Good to know all of this info just shattered my left wrist over the weekend and may require a plate and screws. Will know next week when the swelling goes down. Good luck with your elbow.

I hope you can get the necessary therapy and make our elk hunt.  It won't be the same without you!
