I like the 90 for that weight and reserve the 150's for bows around 50#.

I would lean toward the 90 also.  I have a PCHX that is 46@28 and even at 29" and 200 grain tips, they are a little stiff.

with out a doubt the 75's. The 150's will be way too stiff and the 90's will be borderline at best.

90's or 75's depending on how much point wieght you want to use and how long you cut them.

What is the GPI on the 75's and O.D.?

As far as nocks and inserts are they hard to find?

Gator, the 75's are 8.8g per inch and .288 OD. they are a .608spine which is ideal for bows around 45lb +- on down depending on draw length. We keep a full asortment of nocks and inserts for them (same size as 90's or predator II's). It would take a small schoolbus attached to the front of a 90 and a big schoolbus attached to the front of a 150 to get them to shoot as well as the 75 out of Warrens set up.

I have had a few widows, but have a longer draw and shoot a little heavier bows.  My last one was a 48#@28 drawn to 29.5”.  A 150 wouldn’t have work. I was able to shoot 250’s.  I would have guessed 90's based on my experience with that bow.  

I just tried some CX150's in my cut to center LB 53# @ 29 1/2" with a 30 1/2" arrow.  Even with an aluminum insert and 125 point they were too weak.  

Those test kits are well worth the cost to get so you can try a couple different shaft spines.

I am amazed how light a spine so many people shoot with these arrows.

My daughter can shoot both the 90's out of her 26# bow with a 24" draw...and she gets EXCELLENT arrow flight.

I myself shoot the 250's or 2117's out of a 57#@28" bow.

These bows are cut to center, but are not center shot.

With widows cut past center, I have found that they are fairly tolerant of spine. I shoot 53#s@29, and shoot .400 spine and 300 up front.
For a 43 pound widow, and heritage arrow, I would go with the 75 or 90.
A lot depends on how much you are going to load up the front end, and how long you are going to leave them.

Really depends on the point weight you're wanting to shoot. The 150's have an equivalent spine weight of about 65# and the 90's are 59#. So the 90's would work with less tip weight. The 150's you'd have to load up a bit. This is for your draw weight..not 53# or 57# bows...

i shoot full length 90s out of my one bow thats about 43# at my dl.  5" left helical feathers and 250gr tips and both bare shafts and fletched fly good.    thought about 75 for my set up but couldnt figure out how to get a decent wieght arrow out of those spines and my 600spine gt arrows fly bad from it

If you wanted to shoot 125gr heads go with the 90's. If you want to go with 150gr+ go with the 150's.

Thanks for the Info. I shoot 175 to 200gr up front and my arrows are 29" So the 75's will work? Thanks Warren

hybrid longbow and i cant remember exactly how the shelf is cut
