Are you asking if your bare shaft is hitting low right as compared to a fletched shaft and are you asking if your bare shaft is hitting low left as compared to a fletched shaft?
Or are you asking if the arrow hits low right from your aiming point or low left from from your aiming point?

I look for nock left and or nock right. Nock left is stiff and nock right is weak . I don't worry about low that could be a number of things like release , nock setting etc.
Get em spined right then fletch em and finish tuning.
At least that's what I do.

SB-BOW, Low right indicates it's too stiff and the nock point is off. Low left is weak and nock point is off.But----If you cant the bow,low bareshft could be due to spine also. You have to experiment with the nock point as it could be too high or too low causing bounce off the shelf
