I started massaging my elbow, using direct pressure especially on the most tender areas and I believe it has really helped with my tendonitis. The PT said it has something to do with breaking up the "gravely" stuff in the tendon fibers and promotes healing.Good luck with your recovery.

After a long military career marked with multiple sholder injuries, I finally went to an orthopedic surgeon for a consult last year.  He reviewed my x-ray and MRI results and he put me into a therapy program vice doing surgery.  Part of the decision was based on my age, but it appears to be working.  I am back to shooting without pain.

Saw the Doc today, he gave me clearance to " resume normal sctivities" as tolerated. While Im not sure what normal activites are, I can shoot with his blessing. And shoot I did.

Fine tuned my arrows for my newest Thunderstick, and have some great flyin arrows!

Life is good again!
...stood alone on a montaintop, starin out at a great divide, I could go east, I could go West, it was all up to me to decide, just then I saw a young hawk flyin and my soul began to rise......
