How to beat the heat
« on: June 08, 2011, 11:05:00 AM »
Ok, maybe more like tolerate it.  It's been around 98 degrees for the last few days.  I had the day off on monday and decided that I wasn't gonna stay in the house, so I headed out to a local lake.  Water felt mostly like bathwater, but I managed to take these 5 and missed 4 others.  I don't know why, but I have alot of trouble bowfishing.  I overcompensate and shoot underneath them all of the time.

First week of June and we're already hitting 96 today.  I think I'm in for a long sticky summer - yuck!!

I think I see the trouble, the arrow rest is on the wrong side of the riser.    :biglaugh:    And, thanks for posting that pic.
