what does everyone shoot?
« on: June 26, 2007, 05:29:00 PM »
I would love to hear what you guys shoot. Bows, arrows, points, broadheads, quivers, tabs, gloves, etc. And how you hunt and what you hunt out of. And if you can post pics that would be awsome! Thanks

i shoot a 50# fred bear montana longbow. 2013 xx75's tipped with muzzy 125 3 blades. neet traditions glove from basspro, selway  bow quiver or catquiver mini. i usually hunt on the ground cuz it's hard to shoot a 64" bow out of a treestand unless it doesn't have a rail. sorry i can't figure out how to get pics.

I traded for the quiver. I wish I had a plains style for stalking.

POC out of my longbows. XX75 from the recurves. Only Zwickey broadheads. I have too many bows, but want more like most. LOL My longbows are nice but I am a recurve man at heart.
Any bow by Earl Hoyt Jr. is a keeper and then my Morrison and Black Widow recurves.

I make my own POC arrows, 5 1/2" high back shield cut feathers, Woodsman broadheads. Used Snuffers on CE Terminator Hunters last year, but like the wooodies better.

Eastman ground blind for turkeys. Ladder stand and homemade hanger stands for deer. Alaska Superglove or Duraglove. Raptor side quiver.

I twist my own B-50 Flemish strings for the bows in my signature.
