I shoot a Morrison Cheyenne recurve. A riser with A limbs makes a nice, short 54" recurve that handles well and hits hard. It is 57# @ 26 1/2 inches. I'm 5'5" so this bow really fits me well.
I shoot Beman MFX Classics 400's with a 100 grain brass insert and 250 grain field points. Works out to about 18% FOC. For hunting I shoot 160 grain grizzly with a 100 grain insert. When I'm done modifying the grizzly head they come out to about 155 grains so the difference is negligible in arrow flight. Total arrow weight of about 680 grains.
