Steve Turay is one of the best.  Although there are many, many great bowyers that set the bar pretty high Steve is among those at the top.  I have a Prototype Whisper from when Steve was first perfecting the design.  It is dual shelved and has a shorter handle/riser section than what he is producing now and is my go to longbow. You will be very happy with it.

Whisper is a good one........

Excellent bow!  Very stable and hard to torque that grip for sure, and quiet....as you might expect with a name like that.  :D

Top notch bowyer with top notch bows, you won't be disapointed!

My pinnacle Hillbros speak very highly of quality & performance of NM. Their recommends are good enough for me though I've never shot one. Scared to. Might make me get a second job to pay for more bows I don't need. You did good. How about pix & specs.

Straitera....Don't need!    Every trad shooter "needs" at least one Northern Mist longbow.....well, that and at least one Howard Hill longbow, and at least.....Well, you get it.  :saywhat:
