Help with snake skin
« on: June 27, 2007, 04:24:00 PM »
I have a skin from a 35" copperhead that i'm wanting to dry/cure properly. this isnt' for a bow back, its gonna be pinned open on a stained wood plaque for a co-workers son. what is the best way to cure this skin so it won't stink and rot without discoloring or otherwise ruining it? it's a really pretty skin, so i don't want to mess it up.

 thanks alot,

 RP

Try their kits on tanning skins.
